Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious, with a beautiful bathroom and a cozy bed, but our room was above a noisy wedding reception due to a staff shortage during our check-in. The staff were friendly and helpful when they were attentive, but seemed a bit overwhelmed at times. The location was excellent for sightseeing, although the noise from other guests in the courtyard disturbed our sleep. The dining experience was enjoyable, with good food but at a slightly high price. Overall, a decent stay with some ups and downs.
The hotel offers pleasant rooms of good standard with a fridge, clean and beautifully decorated, but lacking in soundproofing and ventilation. The service was exceptional, with quick issue resolution and helpful staff. The location is convenient for exploring Stratford Upon Avon, walking distance to the town center. The dining experience had some flaws but was pleasant overall. A decent choice for a weekend break at a reasonable price.
Rooms are fantastic, very spacious and comfortable with a good location. The breakfast area was small and cramped, and the staff were slow to replenish dishes towards the end. Signs of damp patches near the attic-like window were observed, but the abundance of coffee and tea was a plus.
My stay at the hotel was overall enjoyable. The room, though a bit small for the price paid, was lovely and exactly as shown on the website. The outdoor smoking area attracted noisy guests late at night, which was a downside. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the town center and many attractions.
The hotel room was lovely, exactly as shown on the website, albeit a bit small for the price paid and noisy due to its proximity to the rear entrance. However, the bed and chairs were very comfortable, providing a cozy stay. Service was extremely helpful and the staff were welcoming and friendly, offering discount vouchers for local attractions. The location was excellent, within walking distance of all the local attractions and the staff's knowledge of the area added to the experience. Dining was mixed, with the first evening meal excellent but the second disappointing and in need of improvement. On the positive side, the hotel offers great dining options. Facilities were all well-equipped and functional, providing a convenient stay.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, with just a short walk to the center, although being woken up by noisy guests outside my window was not ideal. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff, but the rooms were a bit noisy and not ready for check-in on time. The dining experience had its moments, with decent options for breakfast but not so great for the evening meals.
